Pick Your Own Lavender at Yule Love It Lavender Farm
Picking lavender in full bloom is a soothing experience that yields a beautiful, scented bouquet with many benefits and uses. If kept dry and out of sunlight, lavender can hold its scent indefinitely. Yule Love It lavender is grown without chemicals, so you can include what you pick in your favorite sweet and savory dishes.

U-Pick time-line: Typically the end of June through the end of July, then blooms again late September through frost. The second bloom isn't nearly as fecund, but just as fragrant. Yule Love It has 15 varieties for you to harvest, blooming in succession from the end of June throughout the summer. Visit the Varieties link to learn when each variety typically blooms.
Fresh lavender bundles: For those who cannot tolerate the sun, pre-bundled beautiful bouquets are available for $10 each during harvest.
Dried lavender bundles: We have dried lavender bundles in stock at $10 each.
Lavender care: Place your lavender bundle in a dry place out of direct sun when you take it home. Do not put it in a vase that does not allow air for the stems to dry, otherwise the stems will mildew. Your lavender will dry perfectly within a week if dried properly. You do not have to hang lavender upside down to dry unless you pick immature stems that wilt.
To release the lovely lavender scent after the bundle has dried, simply sacrifice a few buds and crush them between your fingers.
