Internships at Yule Love It Lavender Farm
If you love the scent of lavender and learning about farming, this internship is for you! Iris is looking for folks thirsting to learn the fragrant business of growing lavender and the herb's culinary, horticultural, medicinal and aromatic benefits. The internship involves propagation in the greenhouse early April; planting lavender in the field early May; pruning, watering, feeding, weeding in May; logging plant varieties and growth throughout the summer; harvesting and bundling lavender in June and July; assisting with farm tours, prepping and serving group teas, Sweet & Savory and Gift Shoppe sales; assisting with local farmers markets and hosting special events.
